I want a superwiki for work!
These are my are my requirements.
Extensible from 5 to 200 people.
Group and individual permissions for access.
Wysiwyg editor or even better - edit in Ms Word & Excel
But more importantly i want a document builder to build documents in the wiki like requirements docs for new products, and design documents and test specifications. basically to be able to build via template sections for any document we might need.
And even more of a silver bullet would be to track versions, of these documents and special labels for drafts and RFC / for discussion.
And the clincher would have to be traceability through this system from requirements through to test specification.
The only thing that i've seen that looks like a good thing is confluence, but perhaps we could build our own using asp pages and sharepoint...
Other awesomeness would be to integrate with Mantis bug tracker, and less importantly to get project management info out of Clarity
